HIGH SCHOOL VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
The Parks and Rec basketball program uses high school students -- in addition to parent volunteers -- as volunteer coaches.
Coaches for Grades 3-8 will oversee one practice and one game per week. The Grade 3-8 leagues start the week after Thanksgiving, and the season ends in early February.
There also are opportunities to help coach at the Grade K-2 clinics on Sundays.
If you are interested in serving as a coach this season, fill out the application on this page. Note that the number of openings varies from year to year depending on player registration and parent volunteers, so not everyone is guaranteed a position. Nor can we guarantee which division you will coach should you be selected.
If you are a parent, you can volunteer during the registration process. You do not need to fill out this form.
